Balance

Friends, I need to be away from blogging for a few days. 😰 I could use your prayers as I deal with things and stuff!

20131030-201429.jpg
Feel free to visit the website and browse earlier posts while I’m away. I will keep you in my prayers. 😀 This too shall pass!

By faith, I thank you for your prayers! God bless you my friends! 😀

Forgive, Forgiven and Forgiveness (Part 2)

A powerful quote about forgiveness. Forgive others. Forgive ourself. Give it to God! Put it at the foot of the cross and by faith, forgive ______________ and ourself. This brings peace and freedom only God can give!

20140309-203735.jpg
Forgiveness and renewing the mind can work together. It is a process and must be our choice to forgive and release _________________, to God. Only God can heal areas, from the inside, with no emotional residue to linger. Sure, we may never forget but the power to cripple will diminish.

Heavenly Father, by faith, help us forgive and let go of anything keeping us from complete forgiveness. In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.

Forgive, Forgiven and Forgiveness

Forgive, forgiven and forgiveness will free us from thoughts, things and stuff . By faith, the power to hurt us no longer exists! Praise The Lord!

Ann - A Friend of Jesus 2013

The ability or choice to forgive, be forgiven and offer forgiveness requires a spiritual connection and grace from God. We can all relate that in life, stuff happens and each of us has a story we could tell.

Forgiveness is for us–let go of (fill in the blank) and let God! Some things we hold onto keeps us from moving forward. Keeps us stuck! Let it go, release it to God by faith and watch what He will do.

When God is taking us through the fiery furnace, molding and shaping to put the fruits of the spirit in us so that we are more like His Son Jesus; let’s just say, He gets His way eventually 🙂 sooner or later we get tired of going around the same mountain.

There are vile and horrible things happening all around us to people who don’t know God or that He loves…

Let Go

Things and stuff can take its toll, no matter how spiritually mature we are. 😨 Thank God for his mercy and his grace when we stumble. Praise The Lord! 😀

20131023-221732.jpg

God did some pruning on me yesterday! 😁 The fruit long suffering (patience) and temperance (self control) were tested. I blinked, did not practice the pause, and no smiling. Oh, and I forgot to breathe! 😁 Grace.

Let’s just say, I may have a singing career, in my future, because I am perfecting my vocal cords singing 🎶🎶going around the mountain, one more time🎶🎶. Ugh, I have to study for the retest! 😜

Sometimes, we just need to let go and realize it is, what it is! 😜 Adapt and adjust. Forgive others and forgive ourself. Anything else is irrelevant. Let it go! Don’t beat ourself up.

Keep moving forward! Growth and maturity is a life long process! Lighten up. Keep our sense of humor. 😜

God bless us, by faith, as we learn to let go and mediate on John 16:33, These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world and Romans 8:28, And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Smile and Silence, Practice The Pause

It takes two. Pick our battles. Pray. Praise The Lord.

20131022-002155.jpg
As our fruit, of the spirit, matures, practicing smile and silence goes hand in hand with practicing the pause. Just remember to breathe through it! 😁

20131022-002659.jpg
God bless us, by faith, as we practice the smile and silence tools, and practice the pause today. Let us stay focused on Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me. Let thy will be done.

Faith and Trust In God Will Build

Faith and trust, in God, will build every single time. (smile) There is nothing to hard for God!

Another illustration of Romans 8:28, And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

God bless us, by faith, as we trust you every single time. Let thy will be done.

Psalm 92, Praises For The Lord’s Goodness

Praise The Lord, we’re blessed to see another day! 😀

20131019-232206.jpg
God bless us, by faith, as we praise The Lord and meditate on Psalm 92. Let thy will be done.

Psalm 27, The Lord Is My Light & My Salvation

Psalm 27 is one of my favorite Psalms for comfort. 😊 It is my prayer that it brings comfort to someone today.

20131018-222731.jpg
God bless us, by faith, as we pray and meditate on Psalm 27, trusting and waiting on The Lord, to work in a mighty way. Let thy will be done.

I’ve Got Your Back

Have boldness today knowing God has our back! (smile) Joshua 1:9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

It’s that simple! (wink)

20140309-210413.jpg
God bless us, by faith, as we meditate on Jeremiah 32:27, Behold, I am The Lord, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me? His will be done.

Bible Verses for Tough Times

Challenges. Change. Growth. Things and stuff. No matter what we label it–this happens, to each of us. Regardless. Life is a constant process of change and growth to produce more fruit in our lives (love (giving), joy (gladness), peace (free from worry and fear), long suffering (patience), gentleness (kindness), goodness (generosity), faith (dependability), meekness (gentleness) and temperance (self-control)). 😰

The goal is to walk through without complaining. Just so you know, I am in my double digits retest! 😁 I got to sing the 🎶🎶going around the mountain one more time.🎶🎶 😜 I realized after singing yesterday that negativity breeds complaining. 😰

20131016-223506.jpg

We must keep the faith! God is always in charge. Whatever season we are walking through, things and stuff is temporary! There is always a scripture, to speak to things and stuff, to help us grow spiritually. 😁

This too shall pass, just not today. Of all the spiritual fruit, long-suffering and self control gets tested the most. Think of it as a wilderness experience without luxuries. The key–not to beat ourself up when we stumble. Sometimes, it is, what it is! 😜 Roll with it and let it go!

None of it changes this truth–God is always with us. We have his mercy and grace. He loves us unconditionally. Praise The Lord!

God bless us, by faith, as we walk through our season, meditating on Romans 8:28, And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Let thy will be done.

Roll With It Wednesday

It’s roll with it Wednesday! 😜 By faith, we look marvelous and it’s going to be a great day. Roll with it! 😁 Praise The Lord! We’re choosing to be positive. 😨 Roll with it!

God gives us grace, as written in 2 Corinthians 12:10 – And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

20131015-204610.jpg

Regardless of things and stuff or x, y, and z; we have sufficient grace today! Roll with it! 😀 Adapt and adjust, roll with it! Put stuff at the foot of the cross! Say it with me, roll with it! Right! 😀 God is in charge!

God bless us, by faith, as we roll with it, with grace that is sufficient for today. Let thy will be done!

Smile and repeat after me, I am accepted. I am secured. I am significant. The Word of God says so! 😀 Tell a friend! 😜

20131013-215657.jpg

God bless us, by faith, as we renew our mind about who we are in Christ. Let thy will be done!

By Faith, I Declare

Life is a process. Good and bad. Ebbs and flows. Somedays are better than others. Choosing to stay positive, in spite of things and stuff, requires faith and trust in God. No doubts. No worries. No fears. Faith. Trust. Spirit led.

Negativity is draining and gains nothing! (shock face) What’s that old saying about doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. (gritted teeth smile)

IMG_0419-1.JPG
Sometimes, we just need to breathe before speaking or smile and say nothing! (wink and a smile) Roll with it!

Spell it with us– C H A N G E. Change how we react to things and stuff! (shock face) As we grow and renew our mind, it becomes easier to keep our focus, which helps, when things and stuff, just keeps on coming! During challenging times, we can thank God for his mercy and his grace. No need to beat ourselves up when we stumble. Grace. (smile)

We always have a choice on how we react. Choose. Repel or draw. Negative or positive.

God bless us, by faith, as we have faith and trust in you and meditate on Ephesians 3:17-20 – That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; 19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. 20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. Let thy will be done.

You Say…, God Says….

Encouraging and positive words that speak to those negative thoughts. God bless you!

Ann - A Friend of Jesus 2013

Let us say what God says…

God bless us as we choose to speak positive words about ourselves while changing and moving forward! 😜

Hope

Hope is the confidence of speaking and praying God’s word into existence, by faith, according to His will and giving Glory to God!

20131003-204527.jpg
God bless us, by faith, as we see the power of your light breaking through the darkness and changing hearts around us. Let your will be done.

God’s Hand

This profound quote will resonate to us who walk by faith! It symbolizes having faith in God. Walk by faith, not by sight.

20131003-001933.jpg

Releasing things and stuff, by faith, to God, brings deliverance and victory in God’s timing. He knows when we’re ready. As faith in Him grows, He will give a glimpse or reminder of his hands working, in our situation. Again, there is nothing to hard for God. (smile)

So much of life ties to Romans 8:28 – And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

God bless us, by faith, as we leave everything in your hands to eventually see Your hands in everything. Let thy will be done.

IWSG Faith and Encouragement

20131002-011129.jpg

My very first post, as a member of the Insecure Writer’s Support Group. I am honored and humbled to be part of a talented pool of writers. I have been blogging about six months. Each day, I have faith that my words will help someone. Times are tough and we all need encouragement to do what we do! 😀

Faith and courage are important in expressing ourselves. We must believe in ourself and our abilities. We all bring something to the table. It is always nice when others encourage us.

There is a vulnerability about sharing our life, goals, thoughts on paper. There will always someone who may not agree with our thoughts. That’s ok, we just have to let it go and move on.

This is where courage and knowing who we are comes unto play. When we know who we are, we can easily understand that it’s not about convincing someone that we’re right and they’re wrong. When we know who we are, there is a confidence and maturity to know everything is not about us.

We all have a story. We communicate differently. It’s liberating to have the freedom to write. It is always amazing when you publish a post and people actually like it! 😀

It’s a beautiful thing to express ourselves and someone provides positive feedback. A little bit of encouragement can go along way. In the various seasons of life, we experience things from different levels. To express our experiences, with others can be quite remarkable. Things in life can be tough. It’s always exciting when someone shares what they went through and it helps others. No matter what we are going through, we are never alone.

Things and stuff. Things and stuff is different for everyone. It’s always refreshing when someone provides an answer to our things and stuff. I am taking about how to handle things and stuff. I have found in my Christian walk that sometimes, we don’t know the next step or can’t see a way to move forward. Lots of times, we remain stuck because it’s comfortable. To grow and mature requires we look to ourself first. Nobody likes change. Change is also a part of life that moves us forward whether we like it or not.

To be continued next month. 😁

Being able to participant with other writers is a win win. Thanks Alex and God bless you for creating and bringing such talented writers into one place. 😀

It’s Roll With It Wednesday

There is lots going on these days. Roll with it! Is there anything too hard for God? Working ourselves up in a frenzy gains us nothing. Faith. We must keep the faith. Remember Romans 8:28.

Sometimes, we speak the wrong things into existence. 😰 Sometimes, we must allow God to work on our behalf. Roll with it, can bring comfort when you trust in and lean on God. We don’t have to prove anything to anyone. Be you and roll with it! Yes, things and stuff are happening all around us. We must pray without ceasing. No fear! No doubt! By faith, God will walk us through things and stuff!

20131001-223903.jpg

Romans 12:2, tells us, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God”.

This gets back to replacing negative thoughts with positive thoughts. God is always in charge. We must learn to tune some stuff out. Someone will always have an opinion. We don’t have to comment on every thing we hear. Sometimes silence is best.

It takes two to argue. Sometimes, no response is better. Roll with it. Here are the one another scriptures to meditate on:

Love one another – John 13:34 and John 15:12,17.
Forgive one another – Ephesians 4:32 and Colossians 3:13.
Be servants to one another – Galatians 5:13.
Show hospitality to one another – 1 Peter 4:7-10.
Pray for one another – James 5:16.
Build up (edify) one another – Romans 14:19, 1 Thessalonians 5:11.
Greet one another – Romans 16:16, 1 Peter 5:14.
Forbear one another – Ephesians. 4:1-2 and Colossians 3:13-14.
Do not judge one another – Romans 14:13.
Do not speak evil of one another – James 4:11.
Do not murmur against one another – James 5:9.
Do not bite and devour one another – Galatians 5:15.
Do not provoke and envy one another – Galatians 5:26.
Have the same care for one another – 1 Corinthians 12:25-26.
Receive one another – Romans 15:7.
Teach one another – Colossians 3:16.
Admonish (counsel) one another – Romans 15:14 and Colossians 3:16.
Submit to one another – Ephesians 5:21-22.
Confess your sins to one another – James 5:16.
Do not lie to one another – Colossians 3:9.
Be kind to one another – Ephesians 4:32.
Comfort one another – 1 Thessalonians 4:18, 5:11.

God bless us, by faith, as we roll with it and focus on You and Your Word! Let thy will be done.

At The Foot Of The Cross

Today, by faith, let us put every burden at the foot of the cross. Things and stuff, x, y or z, someone, lay it all, at the foot of the cross. Release it to God! God can make a way out no way. Praise The Lord!

20130930-192721.jpg

Sometimes, we just have to keep the faith and trust Him. Somedays, it will be hard to count it all joy, especially if we don’t understand why. It’s those times, we must dig deep and praise Him anyway! 😁 Thank you Lord, for your mercy and your grace!

God bless us, by faith, as we lay our burdens at the foot of the cross and meditate on Jeremiah 32:27 – Behold, I am The Lord, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me? Let thy will be done.

Comments and thoughts are welcome. 😜
