But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. 8 We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 9 Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; 10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. ~ 2 Corinthians 4:7-10 ~
Hello friends (smile) Believe me when I tell you, I had every intention of writing about something else today. (nervous smile) I woke up with another message. It’s a beautiful thing when we’re given wisdom from above; and obedient to sowing words of encouragement, to someone to keep walking through. Thank you Lord!
Walking through builds strength to walk by faith trusting God. (smile) Yesterday was not a bad day, per se, but my eyes were opened to fully understand how actions speak louder than words and the blessings of daily forgiveness brings strength. (smile)
Strength from within is powerful. The joy of The Lord is strength. Renewing the mind becomes strength. Faith is strength. Looking at things and stuff, or X, Y and Z, from a different perspective brings strength. Prayer brings strength.
Iron sharpens iron. Learning NOT to participate in every idle conversation is strength. It’s easy to do when we keep our focus and stay balanced. Positivity breeds positivity.
Remembering to breathe calmly and practice the pause gives strength to continue walking through, as God will provide the next step, as we remain focused on Him.
Blessings today, by faith, as we get stronger walking through this day! (smile)
Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me? ~ Jeremiah 32:27 ~
Hello friends (smile) Somedays, I don’t know if I’m coming or going due to distractions. (shock face) Ever feel this way? Nonetheless, I keep the faith and unplug when I can.
To unplug and reset our energy is a beautiful thing to behold. (smile) Its being renewed from above. Heavenly and so rewarding. (smile) Praise The Lord!
To focus on the good and positive things, to include, the people, in our life, can bring contentment. (smile) Sure, somedays can be challenging but at the end of the day, we can thank God for His grace and reset for however long we can-five minutes, ten minutes, however long can make a difference to reset our energy. (wahoo)
During my unplug times, I am learning that growth and change comes easier when I pray, by faith, for His will, to be done.
Patience and long suffering are two fruits that will grow expeditiously by each and every challenge involving other people or we retest. (shock face) Got to love our buttons!
Adapting and adjusting will help to maintain energy too. I am learning to conserve energy by focusing on the positive of a situation and casting everything else to the one person who can walk me through! Thank you Lord.
So have faith and reset where you can! (smile) Blessings, my friends! As always, your thoughts are welcome! (smile)
Friends, there is power in prayer. The last week, a few friends reached out for prayers. By faith, I am trusting and believing God to answer them as His will be done. Thank you Lord.
Tonight, I share this because sometimes we have to lay aside our own stuff to help those who need help. This morning, someone who dislikes me big time called out the clear blue asking me to pray for them. (shock face)
By the grace of God, I listened and was praying as this person was speaking. The Holy Spirit within me gave words of comfort to speak and helped me put aside all the nasty things I was remembering about this person actions. I learned forgiveness and praying for my enemies a long time ago. Both played a part and truly helped me bless that person today. Thank you God for your mercy and your grace!
God gets the glory when we’re obedient to helping others, even our enemies. I thanked God for my spiritual growth and grace given to me today. Remember Romans 8:28.
Please join me in praying this beautiful prayer for strength to those we know going through challenges.
Thanks and be blessed as we start a new week! (smile)
A reblog, of this awesome post, from my friend and sister in Christ, Shade. (smile) Have a blessed and Happy Easter!

“Where, Death, is your victory? Where, Death, is your power to hurt?” 56 Death gets its power to hurt from sin, and sin gets its power from the Law. 57 But thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ! (Corinthians 15:55-57)
The crucifixion of Jesus was a public display. The whole town came to watch Him die. He hung on the tree between two criminals naked. He was battered, disfigured, covered in His own blood, nailed to the cross looked absolutely helpless and hopeless. A Gusty and Horrific Scene.
Now for a moment, imagine how the disciples felt. What must have been racing through their mind as they went into hiding? They had given up their whole life to follow Jesus. They believed in Him. He was their Hero. The long anticipated Messiah. They dotted on His every word, His teaching, the promise of a better and an everlasting kingdom. They were full of hope, they witnessed Him healed the sick, gave sight to the blind, they saw the lame leaped like calve and the dead returned from the grave, raised back to life.
Then, all of sudden, in an instant everything changed! Every promise, and every hope disappeared into the thin air like a vapour! Every dream crashed and their world turned upside down. They faced the possibility of being crucified like their Master!
Now, in the middle of this turbulence, right in the midst of their hopelessness, pain, confusion and despair, out from no where, Bang! JESUS appeared, ALIVE! In an instant, again, everything changed! And In the flash of a moment everything Jesus told them, all their hopes and dreams came back to Life! Every promise Jesus made was fulfilled. His Word literally came to Pass before their eyes! Jesus is Alive! The WORD of God is ALIVE!! Hallelujah!!!
Today be encouraged in your situation, let your hope come Alive! Don’t allow discouragement to oppress your mind and hold you down. Don’t allow fear to steal your dream and your life. Put the devil where he truly belongs; under your feet! Believe in the Lord. Arise by faith in the Word of God and be healed in Jesus name!
Dear Father thank you for sending Jesus to take the punishment I deserve. He has been judged for me. He exchanged His live for mine. I now have a new life, the very life of Jesus Christ is in me! It is impossible for sin, sickness and death to hold me hostage any more. I declare that I will not live a useless life, I will not die without fulfilling God’s plan for my life. I will live to a full ripe age. My life in Christ is exciting, I have passed from death to life, from sin to righteousness, from sickness to health, from poverty to abundance, from barrenness to fruitfulness. My life is for the glory of God, I will bless my world, constantly making progress, and advancing the kingdom of God on a daily basis. In Jesus powerful name! Amen!
Reflection: “For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts” (Hebrews 4:12)
I know that when I pray, something wonderful happens. Not just to the person or persons for whom I’m praying, but also something wonderful happens to me. I’m grateful that I’m heard. ~ Maya Angelou ~

I’m grateful for the wisdom to understand that life will bring challenges and sometimes those challenges force me to continue to grow and mature in every area of life. (gritted teeth smile) Sometimes, it’s painful! Can I get a witness (wink and a smile)
I’m grateful that the spiritual fruit within me continues to grow and make me more spiritual. I’m grateful for His mercy and grace when I stumble. There are times, I stumble hard. (shock face)
I’m grateful for family and friends who encourage and hang with me when I’m overwhelmed or frustrated by things and stuff and/or X, Y, and Z. Thank you! God bless you big! (smile)

It’s the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen.~John Wooden ~
Great scriptures for meditation. (smile) Great scriptures to speak and replace bad thoughts. There will be days when speaking the Word out loud can change the focus. The power of words and what we tell ourself.
Sometimes, remembering not to entertain negative and bad thoughts, by speaking and replacing with positive and kind words, breaks the cycle of emotions and questioning how did I get here moments. (shock face)
It takes just one wrong thought to change a good mood. Renewing the mind, one thought at a time, helps the cycle of emotions! Sometimes, God will bless us by leading us to read something or hear something to let us know He is with us! He may even use someone. (smile)
Here’s a short and beautiful testimony of mine. Awhile back, I was singing a song hard, I mean out loud and with feeling. (cheesy smile) I shared with you before that I talk to The Lord all the time. About everything.
When I was singing the song, one line in the song is “so say you love me.” I spoke out loud to The Lord, I know you love me, so say you love me. Just say it. I laughed and went on about my business. (smile)
The next day, my friend was coming to work and out of no where, she heard God say tell Ann, I love her. Well at this point, she felt like, she already knows that, she will think I am crazy. (smile) Unbeknown to either of us, that day, we learned just how God can use open vessels, anytime, anywhere and our choice of obedience. Glory to God!
She started to compose an email message but never got to finish it because God led me to her. We started talking then she said, I have to tell you something and don’t think I’m crazy or snap I already know that. I agreed. When she said God told me to tell you He loves you. I was stunned and she was curious. (smile)
I laughed and explained about the night before and the song. (smile) See she thought she could email the message. As we talked about it, she realized she had to say His words to me not write them for me to know He answered my request. (smile) My relationship grew rapidly with Him from that point forward because He answered me up close and personal. No one knew what I said to Him! (smile)
We both got a huge lesson in faith and obedience that day, as well as, how God can communicate to us through others. It was a powerful and beautiful experience with The Lord that strengthen our faith in God and helped a few others who heard the story! We are in Virginia, that story made it all the way to Georgia! (smile)
Sometimes, when we’re going through stuff, we forget all the previous times He came through for us. Keep the faith! Pray!
So be blessed, my friends, and know He is always with us! (smile) As always, your comments are welcome. (smile)
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Hello friends (smile) It’s roll with it Wednesday! It is, what it is today, roll with it! (cheesy smile)
No matter what season we are walking through, roll with it. God has a plan. Sometimes, things and stuff, as well as, X, Y and Z, can get us to our next blessing. (shock face) Praise The Lord!
It can be challenging, roll with it. It’s all part of life, roll with it! Adapt and adjust, roll with it! Remember, it takes two. We have choices. Change our perspective on the way we look at situations. Sometimes, we’re wrong. Roll with it! (smile)
Have a blessed and roll with it day! As always, your comments are welcome! (smile)
Isaiah 41:10-13 – Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. 11 Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish. 12 Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee: they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought. 13 For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.
What beautiful scriptures to start our day. (smile) Praise The Lord! (smile) Fear not and clothe ourselves with the full armour of God. (smile)
Let’s take it a step further and let go of negative thoughts, things and stuff, and people from the past. The past includes yesterday, last week, last month and last year. Faith it. Love from a distance. Practice the pause and pray.
If God be for us, who can be against us? God is bigger than any thing or anyone. Believe it! Anything and anyone are powerless unless we give our power away. (smile)
Walking by faith and praying is a lifeline during challenging or fearful times. It takes two. We can only control ourself. Some comments are not worth a response. When someone wants to make a mountain out of something, breathe calmly, practice the pause and pray about it. I’m learning it’s healthier this way. (gritted teeth smile)
Let us remember, challenges are temporary and God is in charge. (smile) In the end, we’ll be stronger and wiser because of it.
Today, by faith, God has blessed and equipped us with everything needed to walk through this day. Praise The Lord. (smile) Enjoy your day! As always, your comments are welcome. (smile)
Another month to encourage ourselves to keep writing and keep the faith. (smile) Write that chapter. Write that thought. Write that poem. Write that post. Write anything, as long as, you keep writing and keep the faith. (wink and a smile)
We learn and get better. Keep writing. Keep the faith. (smile)
If we like it, someone will love it! (cheesy smile) We will never know without the faith to keep writing. Remember along the way, have some fun! (cheesy smile)
Philippians 4:13 says “I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me.” Keep writing!
I plan to visit all the A to Z Challenge blogs; since I chickened out of the A to Z Challenge because I didn’t understand how to make it work. (shock face) Next time, by faith!
So I’ll be like a sponge learning something new! (smile) And encouraging all the participants. (smile)
Be blessed, my fellow writers and keep the faith! (smile) As always, your comments are welcome. (smile)
Matthew 18:21-22 – Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? 22 Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.
Hello friends (smile) I’ve been walking through stuff! No worries, all is right in my world because I’m leaning on God and my faith to get me through this season. (smile)
Recently, I mentioned, the beauty of aha moments. (cheesy smile) Forgiveness. Seventy times seven.
The quote below speaks to me. It illustrates free will to choose how I react to walking through things and stuff; trials and tribulations; and my all time favorite, X, Y and Z situations. (wink and a smile) Attitude is key.
Forgiveness brings freedom to move on by faith that if The Lord says the same, I live to fight another day. Forgiveness brings more spiritual fruit. Forgiveness is about releasing every single thing and every X, Y and Z or fill in the blank _____________ to God by praying the solution by faith. To be honest, I’ve been praying like nobody’s business and the break through is coming, by faith.
Like most things, in life, forgiveness is a choice. I refuse to carry any thing or stuff, X, Y or Z in my head or making my heart heavy. The Word of God is so powerful that our choice to speak it, live it, want it and share it keeps us walking in the spirit and denying our flesh. Glory to God for maturity and spiritual fruit!
It always comes down to choosing a better attitude. I choose forgiveness because it helps with the woulda, coulda, shoulda thoughts. Forgiveness frees me from the replaying it over and over again. Thank you Lord for helping me let it go.
I decided to post my thoughts since it may help someone else walking though something similar. It’s helping me these days and I’m sleeping better! (smile) Praise The Lord.
Be blessed and smile, it helps keep a positive attitude so roll with it! (smile)
