Ann – A Friend of Jesus 2013

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. ~ Romans 8:28 ~

A Right Time for Everything

Some seasons can be harder than others. Keep the faith regardless and roll with it! ~ AF ~

Hello friends. (smile) Timing is everything. Somedays, we may feel like that Washington Post commercial, where the parrot is squawking not another day, not another day, I can take this. I can’t take this. Then a man walks in saying Not another day, I can’t take this. (smile)

Walking through various seasons can seem like I can’t take this, not another day. Remember, Philippians 4:13 – I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me.

The key is understanding the season we’re in and have patience for God’s timing and break through.

Knowing how to motivate ourselves during those times of waiting can help us keep the faith and fight the good fight. (gritted teeth smile)

To be honest, I still struggle with this one. I see it as long suffering through and through! (shock face)

Sometimes, putting everything at the foot of the cross brings comfort during times of challenges.

Hmm, it’s hard to do unless you release everything in that season!

My faith has been tested something fierce this week and I’m praising God as I walk through this season with a song in my heart and a smile on my face, all by faith and a little help from my friends. (smile)

Blessings, my friends! (smile)

How about you, what season are you walking through?

I’m walking through a very FULL season, Ann. I’m a first time grandmother, mother of 2 teens, 1 nine year old, and my dear husband…pray for us! As I pray for you ❤

Lovely post Ann 🙂 Understanding the season we are in is crucial so that we are prepared for what it takes, e.g. going about, dressed in a skimpy Tshirt and shorts in 0 Degree temperature is not wisdom but dangerous! Bless you my friend 🙂

(Please forgive me for the late responses to your posts, it’s been very busy with family and ministry on this end lately. Thank you Ann 🙂 )

Ann, just knowing that He walks with us in the storm, in the valleys, and in the darkest moments allows us to feel our small hand in His powerful and righteous right hand. We can cry out to Him, or allow the Spirit to groan to Him, as long as we are thankful He is has our heart. Bless you, sweet sister, for being faithful.

Encouragement on your walk with Jesus.

The Pensieve

A homonym of pensive meaning deeply, seriously thoughtful. Though, it's also a pun, the 'sieve' part of the word alluding to the object's function of sorting meanings from a mass of thoughts or memories. (Source: Pottermore)
