Ann – A Friend of Jesus 2013

Sharing life through the Word of God with love, encouragement and faith in challenging times (smile)

Hang In There

Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
~ Deuteronomy 31:6 ~

The best way to appreciate your job is to imagine yourself without one. ~ Oscar Wilde ~

Hello friends. (smile) Again, I thank God for friends who take the time to echo back encouragement. I pray God bless you in a mighty way.

Sometimes, we’re suppose to ask for help.

Tuesday, I was about to quit my job! Just get my stuff and walk. (shock face)

We have free will to choose. Sometimes, when we allow the flesh to reign, even for a minute, the spirit side just waits us out. Singing, my theme song–going around the mountain, one more time. Ugh!

God led me to a friend who said hang in there. Don’t quit. God bless Him.

Little did I know that God would water those very words back to me days later.

The beautiful thing about having a personal and intimate relationship with God, through His Son, Jesus, is that He knows there are times we get frustrated or fill in the blank____________. We can tell Him everything. It is not a one sided relationship.

I love that He allows me to work my way back to Him when I get tired of that mountain. God knows, I’ll always return back to my spiritual nature and Him. This is what growing is all about. Knowing apart from Him, we can do nothing. Hang in there.

By faith, I have more spiritual fruit. Thank you Lord. Hang in there.

Again, another validation of Roman’s 8:28 that ups and downs bring balance and produces more spiritual fruit. All things! Hang in there.

God knows exactly what’s needed to get us where we need to be. Can I get an Amen! Hang in there.

Yesterday, the hits just kept on coming. Before, I could entertained any negative thought, God watered hang in there, don’t quit. I smiled as I remembered those words sown Tuesday. Glory to God!

Quitting is no longer an option. I do need to verbalized the inner thoughts that are wrecking havoc in my mind. Hang in there.

Sowing encouragement goes a long way to help one another when we are walking through. Even if we have to crawl. Hang in there.

I’ve been emotionally drained lately. Yesterday, I crawled, my way, through the brutal day with words from encouraging friends and the grace of God. Hang in there.

Thank you, friends, I was able to smile at the end of yesterday. Thank you Jesus!

I see my work challenges as training to produce more fruit within me and to ask for help when I need it. Hang in there.

I encourage anyone with work challenges to see it as a training opportunity that is developing more spiritual fruit. Hang in there.

I share all this because at the end of the day, by faith, life does go on. Hang in there.

Today, by faith, we’re armed with the full armor of God, our slingshot and a smile. The plan is to light up the joint with the joy of The Lord as our strength.

Blessings, my friends and keep the faith to hang in there. 😜
