Sharing life through the Word of God with love, encouragement and faith in challenging times (smile)

Celebrate Grace to Adjust

The robbed that smiles, steals something from the thief.
~ William Shakespeare ~

The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.
~ Psalm 37:23-24 ~

Hello friends. (smile) Happy Friday! Welcome Lexa and co-hosts to another blessed Friday to celebrate the small things.

There are times obedience is better than sacrifice. Again, I missed the mark to complete NaBloPoMo. (smile)

Wahoo, something to do.

Sometimes, plans change. This week, I celebrate grace to adjust. It is a beautiful thing to understand God’s grace and the ability to adjust to life.

Grace to adjust can silence psst.

Grace to adjust realizes it is, what it is.

Grace to adjust ___________(fill in the blank)

My first allegory poem:

Life has challenges
Ebbs and flows
Things and stuff
Perception is different to everyone

Can be temporary
Can be long-suffering
Can be tough
Get understanding of self

Exposes weakness
Exposes strength
Exposes attitude
End result gives experience

Brings growth
Builds strength
Defines character
Enhances maturity

Time spent at the circus
This place that pay wages
Where challenges are daily
Coming at various stages

There is pressure
There is angst
There is unbalance
Enough to be weaken

Slow down to breath
Slow down to pause
Slow down to adjust
Electing to choose grace

Grace to crawl or walk
Grace to endure
Grace to adjust
Navigating through

It’s the end of the day
A turned up look
Beaten but not broken
Now experienced because grace got you through

Praise The Lord for his grace.

Abundant blessings, my friends as we choose grace to adjust. Have an awesome day!

Lovely poem. Sometimes I find it hard when my plans go awry, but I know I have to just breathe, let go of the annoyance, and adjust to a new plan. I try to be positive and flexible. Have a wonderful weekend!

I like the poem very much. I also like the “grace to adjust” motto. I’ve missed tons of writing deadlines and need to adapt and just get on with life. Have a great weekend!

An inspiring poem! I have to smile when I think of adjusting. . .it seems to be thing He constantly throws at us. But the adjustments always are for the best.
