Celebrate Best Friends

I’ve learned that my best friend and I can do anything or nothing, and have the best time.
~ Unknown Author ~

Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.
~ Proverbs 27:17

Hello friends. (smile) Welcome Lexa and co-hosts, L.G. Keltner @Writing Off The Edge and Tonja Drecker @Kidbits Blog, to another blessed Friday to celebrate the small things.

Hope all is well in your world. Whoops, I’m late to the party again. (smile)

This week, I appreciate all friends (old and new) and celebrate having the best week hanging out with two of my best friends. There was plenty of fun and laughter; good conversation and lots of old school music and dancing. A fun time was had by all. (smile)

Praise The Lord, for best friends. (grin)

There are different degrees to friendship. Some friends are seasonal, while a few friends are a lifetime.

I’m grateful for friends who get me and I get them. (wink) Thank you Lord.

It’s a beautiful thing to develop friendships that last through the ebbs and flows of life.

Best friend connections are heaven sent.

Like Jesus, best friends sustain us.

Blessings friends and have an awesome weekend.

Faithful To Thankful

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
~ Romans 8:28 ~

God is working things out for you, even when you don’t feel it. Have faith and be thankful.
~ Unknown Author ~

Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
~ 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 ~

Hello friends. (smile) In every thing give thanks. It’s easy to get caught up over temporary circumstances that are challenging. It’s better to keep praying. The break through will come. Praise The Lord.

Keeping the faith, through prayer, gives thanks to God’s mercy and grace, knowing his presence will never leave us nor forsake us through any circumstance.

Faithful to thankful, in every thing, gives glory to God for the good he will accomplish in all things.

Abundant blessings my friends, as you have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving. (smile) {{hugs}}

Two Cents Tuesday Challenge: “Improvise”

Life is full of surprises…not all these surprises are pleasant. So you need to be ready for what life gives you.
~ Unknown Author ~

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
~ Hebrews 11:1-3 ~

Hello friends. (smile) Wahoo, it’s back, Two Cents Tuesday hosted by Ideflex, over at Across The Bored blog.  I’ve missed this challenge.

I believe we’ve all had to improvise at some point in life. My vision of improvise ties directly to faith that all things have a way of working out.

Those pleasant and unpleasant surprises. Those wardrobe blunders. Those kind and unkind conversations. Those challenges that makes us grow.

To have faith and improvise, when you lost a button just before an official ceremony.

To have faith and improvise, when you pulled a string that leaves a hole in your dress. Ugh!

To have faith and improvise, when you grab the wrong notes for a briefing.

To have faith and improvise, the art of listening when a conversation gets off topic.

To have faith and improvise, through challenges that teach us something in the by and by.

Thank God for safety pins, tape and post its.

Thank God for creativity to think quickly on the spot.

Thank God for discipline to practice the pause and say nothing.

Thank God for faith.

Blessings my friends, as keep the faith and improvise, when needed, along our journey today. (wink)

Feel free to share a time you had to improvise. (smile)

Celebrate Faith To Enjoy Life

A good memory is one that can remember the days blessings and forget the days troubles.
~ Author Unknown ~

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
~ Romans 8:28~

Hello friends. (smile) Welcome Lexa and co-hosts, L.G. Keltner @Writing Off The Edge and Tonja Drecker @Kidbits Blog, to another blessed Friday to celebrate the small things.

Hope all is well in your world. This week, I celebrate life with all its ebbs and flows. Praise The Lord, I’m still blessed and standing.

Life, things and stuff, and the Y’s, of the world, will test us. Keep the faith, it’s all temporary to teach, change or heal something within us.

The wisdom of Romans 8:28 is that God can use all things to love us, teach us and move us forward. Keep the faith.

All things. Faith. Tests. Becomes a testimony to help someone going through. Sometimes, it is, what it is, until it’s not.

So I celebrate faith to enjoy life by remembering the blessings and forgetting the troubles. (wink)

Abundant blessings, my friends, until we meet here again.

As always, your comments or thoughts are welcome. (smile)

Loved

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
~ Psalm 23 ~

It’s a beautiful thing to realize just how precious and loved we truly are.

What a blessings!

IWSG Baby Steps

Even though they don’t have anything in common, doubt can be in a very big conflict with faith.
~ Unknown Author ~

(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
~ 2 Corinthians 5:7 ~

Hello friends (smile) Wahoo, it’s the first Wednesday of the month where IWSG members are blessed to share our thoughts and support other writers.

I extend a warm and heartfelt welcome to Alex and our November co-hosts:

Tyrean Martinson http://tyreanswritingspot.blogspot.com/
Karen Walker http://karenfollowingthewhispers.blogspot.com/
Denise Covey http://dencovey.blogspot.com/
Stephen Tremp http://authorstephentremp.blogspot.com/

I usually write encouragement about keeping the faith walking or crawling through things and stuff or those Y moments.

I have an insecurity this month that makes me smile because its self imposed.

There are times I put too much pressure on myself to write.

There are times I doubt my ability to complete a month of continuous writing.

Still a no-go to complete NaBloPoMo for a whole month.

Yay, I did complete the 30 day A to Z Challenge, by the grace of God. (smile)

There are times I unplug to have peace of mind from writing.

Baby steps. Baby steps as my faith is tested is another way to keep moving forward.

I’m learning to baby step my way to write shorter posts some days.

I’m learning to baby step my way to a better writing plan. (wink)

It is, what it is, until it’s not.

Keeping the faith and baby steps help to calm my angst and breathe easier. (smile)

Blessings and enjoy your day!

Your comments or thoughts are welcome. (smile)
