Ann – A Friend of Jesus 2013

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. ~ Romans 8:28 ~

Faith to Release Fear

Fear defeats more people than any other one thing in the world.
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson ~

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.  We love him, because he first loved us.
~ 1 John 4:18-19 ~

Hello friends. (smile) Hope all is well. Thank God, we’re blessed to see another day.

Today’s encouraging thought is faith to release fear.

Fear is not spiritual. Fear does not come from God. Fear torments the mind and thoughts.

Psalm 23 is the best defense to speak and release fear.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.
~ Proverbs 9:10 ~

Releasing fear builds trust, in The Lord, as his Word is true.

Releasing fear gives glory to God.

Abundant blessings, my friends because the just does everything by faith.  Praise The Lord.

As always, I welcome your thoughts. (smile)

I don’t know how things will work out, but knowing God has it all in His hands is enough. I actually had a chimney fire today and I must admit I let fear in my mind, but I never doubted my children and I could get it out. It was just a few long moments of saying, “Oh, my, oh, crap.” But I know God had it all under control.

1 John 4:18 is one of my favorite pieces of scripture to speak about God’s love in us… A heart filled with the love of Christ, and the filling of the Holy Spirit, will not allow fear to exist !!

Blessings in Christ, bruce

The Pensieve

A homonym of pensive meaning deeply, seriously thoughtful. Though, it's also a pun, the 'sieve' part of the word alluding to the object's function of sorting meanings from a mass of thoughts or memories. (Source: Pottermore)
