 A to Z Challenge
Self-forgiveness, seventy times seven, is important as forgiving others. Self-forgiveness is empowering every single time we stumble and defeats those pesky coulda, woulda and shoulda thoughts from replaying. Self-forgiveness is a choice.
~ Ann V. Friend ~

Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.
~ Matthew 18:21-22 ~

Hello friends. (smile) Welcome to Day 22 of the A to Z Challenge and my Friday commitment to Celebrate The Small Things.

I extend a heartfelt welcome to Lexa Cain and co-hosts, L.G. Keltner @Writing Off The Edge and Tonja Drecker @Kidbits Blog.

This week, I celebrate hanging in there with the A to Z Challenge. (wink)   My thoughts on self-forgiveness.

The power of self-forgiveness is liberating. Seventy times seven is a lifetime to be …..f r e e from mistakes and/or ______________ (fill in the blank).

God’s mercy and grace is self-forgiveness anchor. Praise The Lord for his mercy and his grace.

The upside of self-forgiveness:

Self-talk becomes uplifting
Empowered to let go
Looks beyond imperfections
Faith to move on

Flexibility in new choices
Okay, life goes on
Respect self is important
Grounded in love
Insightful to another perspective
Vital to letting go
Encourage to try again
Necessary to replace replays
Effective in maturity
Self-esteem grows
Selecting to move forward

Abundant blessings to keep the faith and enjoy your day.

I welcome your thoughts. (smile)
