Faith Through Any Season

Life works in seasons; which means you won’t be stuck where you are forever.
~ Unknown Author ~

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
~ Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 ~

Hello friends. (smile) Hope all is well as we start the new year.  Thank God, we’re blessed to see another day.

Today’s encouraging thought is faith through any season.  Timing is everything.

Change is inevitable. Change is experienced based on choices and having faith through the experience.

To every thing there is a season and a time to every purpose is life experiences as illustrated in the scripture above.

Experience develops spiritual maturity.

Experience gives wholeness.

Experience shows and teaches.

Experience is showing Jesus to a hurting world.

Experience becomes a testimony to help others.

Faith through any season keeps moving forward and refuses to remain stuck.

Faith through any season trumps negativity every single time. (wink)

Abundant blessings, my friends, because the just does everything by faith. Praise The Lord.

As always, I welcome your thoughts. (smile)

Celebrate Seasons

When you open yourself to the continually changing, impermanent, dynamic nature of your own being. You’re able to keep your eyes open, your heart open, and your mind open, you begin to think of your life as offering endless opportunities to start to do things differently.

Hello friends. (smile) Happy Friday! Welcome Lexa and co-hosts to another blessed Friday to celebrate the small things.

This week, I celebrate seasons. To everything there is a season. We’re not just talking Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter. (wink)

Seasons teach. Seasons change. Seasons become experience to our resume of life. How about that. (smile)

Seasons can last until we crawl or walkthrough ___________(fill in the blank) by faith.

Praise The Lord.

I love, love, love, Ecclesiastes 3:1-8. It is a beautiful illustration of everything encountered through life. (smile)

The amazing thing about seasons is realizing we’re not alone and they will change.

Praise The Lord for providing what we need, by faith, as we crawl or walk through _____________ (fill in the blank). Wahoo, something to do. (wink)

He will always cross our path with someone who has what we need. A smile, a word, hugs are free little things given when we need them the most. God “is so worthy to be praised.

His mercy and grace is always available. Thank you Lord.

I’m ok, at the circus, these days because the grace of God brings strength to endure, with faith because challenges like seasons change. (wink)

Abundant blessings friends as we embrace seasons with the opportunities they can bring into our life. (smile)

Feel free to share your thoughts on seasons.

By Faith, I Declare

That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; 19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. 20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.
~ Ephesians 3:17-20 ~

Hello friends (smile)  Life is a process. Good and bad. Ebbs and flows. Somedays are better than others. Choosing to stay positive, in spite of things and stuff, and X, Y and Z, requires faith and trust in God. No doubts. No worries. No fears.  Faith.  Trust.  Spirit led.

Negativity is draining and gains nothing! (shock face) What’s that old saying about doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. (gritted teeth smile)

Sometimes, we just need to breathe before speaking or smile and say nothing! (wink and a smile) Roll with it!

Spell it with us– C H A N G E. Change how we react to things and stuff! (shock face) As we grow and renew our mind, it becomes easier to keep our focus, which helps, when things and stuff, just keeps on coming! (shock face)

During challenging times, we can thank God for his mercy and his grace. No need to beat ourselves up when we stumble. Grace. (smile)

We always have a choice on how we react. Choose. Repel or draw. Negative or positive.

Blessings, as we have faith to enjoy this day! (smile)

Regardless of things and stuff, keep your sense of humor! (smile) Roll with it!

God bless us, by faith, as we have faith and trust in you and meditate on Ephesians 3:17-20 – That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; 19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. 20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. Love is (Part 2)

Continuing from Love is (Part 1), to truly love others, we must deal with our stuff first. (shock face) To love like Jesus requires being spirit led and spiritual fruit. Without them, love becomes conditional or non existent.

Just as change and growth is an individual thing; love is individual and begins with us. It gets back to life is a process of changes, as long as we crawl, walk or run on this earth. (smile) Love is a choice. Bottom line, God loves us in spite of our stuff. He may not like things we do but at no time does He withhold His love or stop loving us. This is our goal too. To love in spite of what someone does. Can we get a witness? (wink)

20130915-204643.jpg

As we grow and mature, we deal with our stuff, and we’re able to love ourself, flaws and all. Psst, nobody is perfect except Jesus. So speak to that perfection lie. Loving ourself opens us up to love others. God will put people and things in our life to help us grow. (smile)

God know what it takes to bring us to our knees. (shock face) Dealing with our stuff can be painful. We can thank God for his mercy and his grace. We can thank God for prayer. We can thank God for faith. The more we choose to let the Holy Spirit work in us, love starts to flow. (smile) Praise The Lord!

Spiritual fruit in us–love (giving), joy (gladness), peace (free from worry and fear), long suffering (patience), gentleness (kindness), goodness (generosity), faith (dependability), meekness (gentleness) and temperance (self-control) allows love to flow and draw people to us because light shines from within. (smile) It’s a beautiful thing to love others by showing kindness and compassion. God gets the glory!

Growing in love does not happen overnight. It’s a lifelong process that only God knows when we are ready and complete. He will keep pruning and removing anything keeping our fruit from growing. (nervous smile) Ain’t life grand! (wink)

To love our neighbor as we love ourself requires spiritual fruit and maturity. (shock face) Remember, God is love and there is no darkness in Him. Let’s not forget, God created us different. We may be similar but we are different. How we express or show love maybe different until we learn unconditional love. Sometimes, we harp and complaint because someone does not love us as we think we need to be loved.

Here’s the thing, only God through His Son, Jesus can meet all our needs. No human can give us what we lack within except Jesus. As we grow, whatever is missing within develops. Love is action. Love is giving and forgiving. Love keeps on loving until God changes that someones heart. Love is adapting and adjusting. Love can’t be forced. Love never fails.

Colossians 3:12-17, The Christian Virtues

Christian virtues, along with the fruit of the spirit, show the level of Christ and our spiritual maturity. This is another illustration of unconditional love. By faith, we are spirit led. (smile)

20130914-224116.jpg

As we renew our mind, change negative thoughts into positive thoughts, we grow spiritually stronger. Fruit and virtues are evident by becoming so rooted and grounded in love, even our enemies are drawn to us.

Change is a process of life, whether we like it or not. (shock face) It’s about adapting and adjusting to move forward as we crawl, walk, run our race.

God bless us, by faith, as change begins with each of us. Let thy will be done.
