By faith, let us weather the storms, of life, with specific prayers to God.
Sometimes we pray the wrong things. Sometimes we speak the wrong things.
Someone is walking through a storm now and waiting for a breakthrough! Keep the faith! It’s coming! Some storms teach, change, and/or guide us into a new season. I encourage you to weather the storm. It will pass, just not today and only God knows about tomorrow.
So pray, without ceasing, for ourself, our family, our friends, and our enemies, that God moves in our life in a mighty way to give us a breakthrough! Our victory, by faith, as His will be done!
Abundant blessings, my friends, because the just shall live by faith. Praise The Lord.
As we mature, there comes a time when we need boundaries, to know when, to let go and love from a distance. Adapting and adjusting to trials and tribulation, and things and/or stuff requires being spirit led with fruit of the spirit as mentioned in Galatians 5:22-23.
Possessing love (giving), joy (gladness), peace (free from worry and fear), long suffering (patience), gentleness (kindness), goodness (generosity), faith (dependability), meekness (gentleness) and temperance (self-control) within us helps with trials and tribulations, and things and/or stuff.
Trials and tribulations, things and/or stuff happens. The test is how we react to it. There will always be something or someone testing us. It’s all part of life, change and growth. Many times, we forget to breathe and focus to stay spiritually calm. (wink) The flesh man rises.
Flesh man rising is where a warning should register but nope, we proceed anyway. Sometimes, we forget that we can choose to let stuff go. Too many distractions, coupled with hunger, tiredness, etc, fuels the challenging moment. We’re human and we all have a breaking point.
Again, thank God for his mercy and grace! None of us are immune from stumbling! (shock face) It’s all part of growing, maturing and producing more fruit within us.
Learning to let go frees us from thinking we have to do everything. We don’t!
Learning to let go means putting it at the foot of the cross. Let God!
Learning to let go keeps us with God’s peace. God is always in charge, regardless of what we see! Again, we must walk by faith trustingRomans 8-28, And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. (smile)
God bless us, by faith, as we let go of unnecessary stuff blocking our spiritual growth. Let thy will be done.
Beyou because there is no one like you. God made us all unique. As we get older, we start to understand that things from the past (or people) can keep us from moving forward. We either don’t like this or that about ourselves; we worry, fret, stress, get angry all because someone said something about nothing. Sometimes we try to be like someone else, which is not being who we were created to be.
As God is pruning us, (we feel like we’re somewhere in the wilderness doing time) He is molding and shaping as the fruits of the spirit–love, joy, peace, long suffering, gentleness, goodness, and faith become part of us. During the wilderness time, we come to understand the fruit known as long suffering while learning to count it all joy when there are trials and tribulations that helps us grow.
When we know the Word of God for ourselves, deepen our personal relationship with Him, God opens our hearts and eyes to see and love like His Son, Jesus. It’s a beautiful thing when we walk through the season of change and we can embrace all the attributes that make us who we are in Christ. When we know who we are, its easier to let things go and let God. God is the only one that can open eyes to see the truth.
So let us “be” the women and men, God created us to be 🙂 Wahoo, we look good for a Monday 🙂
Psalm 139:14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me.
Romans 8:28. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Smile and thank God, we’re blessed to have made it to Friday 🙂 Life is tough enough. A smile causes change. We can all think of a time when a smile turned a challenging situation into a testimony; all because we smiled 🙂
God is doing awesome things through willing sons and daughters who choose daily to pick up their cross and follow Him. Smile and be the light that brightens today!
