Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our LORD: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.
Welcome to Day 11 of the A to Z Challenge.
Continuing the blessing of positivity with encouraging thoughts …..
The joy of the Lord is strength…. Jesus.
Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. Hebrews 13:8
The ability of choosing the joy of the Lord as strength, in whatsoever state, is another example of the many blessings of positivity.
In silence lies the ability to listen; to listen to ourselves, to others and to God. Listening is a lost art. Without it we cannot communicate, we cannot relate to each other and so we cannot live life meaningfully.
We need to learn to listen. Sitting in silence allows us to listen to ourselves and to understand. This silence can heal. The worries, the pain can be healed when we listen. Spiritual medicine is ever-present in the soul. Whenever we need it, to whatever extent we need it, we can find it within.

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
~ 2 Corinthians 12:9 ~
To master life, control the mind. To control the mind, guard your speech.

Hello friends. (smile) My schedule was off today. I made posting before midnight. (wink) Hope you had a super blessed day.
Spiritual strength. Spiritual growth. Self awareness. Seasons. God sustains.
Being spirit led helps the flesh man stay in check. Practice the pause before speaking.
Listening and silence are powerful during challenging moments.
Speak positive words by faith. We remember everything we say to ourself.
Speaking, Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me, is powerful when thoughts of cannot whispers psst.
There is security knowing the grace of God is available daily, even when we stumble.
A smile can brighten a moment. A sense of humor keeps life balanced.
Nothing is more satisfying than letting go of coulda, shoulda, woulda. No second guessing, sometimes, it is, what it is, until it was.
Blessings, my friends, to just keep the faith and enjoy the T to Z challenge! (smile)
Self – the essential person distinct from all other persons in identity. ~Merriam Webster’s Dictionary~
Self is the NaBloPoMo theme for March. This is where I share more about myself and have fun in the process. (shock face) It’s pretty much what I’ve been doing the past few months without the fun part. (smile)
I come here to encourage others to keep the faith and keep moving forward. (smile) It’s a beautiful thing when you are comfortable with yourself! When you have the courage to be you! (smile)
My courage and strength comes from above. Glory to God! When you know who you are, you don’t have to tell anyone, anything, because actions speak louder than words. (gritted teeth smile)
As displayed in the acrostic, life is knowing and being secure in yourself because Romans 8:31 says What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
Be blessed and stand on Romans 8:31! Stay tuned for more self encouragement! (smile) Thoughts are always welcomed.
Today, let us break the habit of talking and thinking about our problems or negative stuff. Instead, let us talk and think about the good stuff and the joy in our life. And if we must, sing a song! 😜
All good things come from God. God loves us unconditionally. God will never leave us or forsake us. God provides for our needs. God blesses us. God gives us life. God protects us. God heals. The joy of The Lord is our strength. God is always in charge. The list can go on and on.
So what brings you joy? Have the courage to share. 😀
Have faith to let go, and let God keep us moving forward.
2 Corinthians 10:5 – Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
Philippians 4:8 – Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me.
Romans 8:28. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
